Raquib Mohammad Fakhrul (Rocky), Chairman of Ayurvedia Pharmacy (Dacca) Ltd and Mahbubul Alam, Director and Chief Operating Officer of Quasem Food Products Ltd have been elected President and Secretary General respectively of the Bangladesh-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BMCCI) for the tenure 2020-2021. They have been elected at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the BMCCI held at a city hotel on Saturday. Md Anwar Shahid, Managing Director of Shimex International Ltd and Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO of RobiAxiata Limited have been elected Vice Presidents.
Meanwhile, Goonahlam Subramaniam, Director of K-Link International Bangladesh Pvt Ltd and Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, In-Charge of GD Assist Ltd have been elected Joint Secretary General and Treasurer respectively for the same period.
The other elected Directors are K M Mijanur Rahman, Managing Director of Maria Food Products Ltd, Jamilur Rahman, Managing Director of Extol (Bangladesh) Ltd, RubaiyatAhsan, Managing Director of ALLIANT Limited, Ln.
