Ranveer Singh’s last release Gully Boy earned him a lot of love and respect from the audience as well as the critics. He played a rapper in the film and his journey from rags to riches made every viewer cheer aloud during the film too. Now, the actor has moved ahead to his next project ’83.
It will be directed by Kabir Khan and will have Ranveer playing the character of Kapil Dev. The film is based on the Indian cricket team winning the World Cup in 1983 under the captainship of Kapil Dev and will take the audience on the journey of what went behind it all.
Ranveer has been prepping ahead of the shooting schedule of the film in Dharamshala along with the other cast members of the film.
