RANGPUR : The three month-long free basic computer training course was inaugurated under the Basic IT Training (2nd Phase) Project for Marginalized Population in collaboration with the Department of Information and Communication Technologyat Kaliganj Upazila Parishad Auditorium on Tuesday. Social Welfare Minister Alhaj Nuruzzaman Ahmed MP was the chief guest at the function.
