Mostofa Kamal, Principal of Rangamati Shishu Niketan, also district correspondent of the Daily Observer, was accorded a reception for his initiative for the schooling of underprivileged children of the society.
Priyo Rangamati, a social organisation, felicitated him at a programme at the auditorium of Rangamati Institute of Diploma on Saturday.
Member of Zila Parishad Mohammad Musa Matabbar, as chief guest, handed the over the award to Mostofa Kamal on the occasion of first founding anniversary of the social organisation.
The felicitation programme was addressed by Panel Mayor of Rangamati Pourashava Mohammad Jamal Uddin and other leaders and members of the organisation.
