Rally against drug smuggling in Kurigram

Around one thousand people of Indian enclave Dashiarchhara inside Phulbari upazila of Kurigram district on Tuesday noon brought out a procession in Kurigram town demanding exemplary punishment to drug smugglers and anti-group of implementing Indira-Mujib deal’74.
The people with the banner of India-Bangladesh Enclave Exchange Co-ordination Committee (IBEECC) came into Kurigram Adarsha Majida College ground with riding bicycles at 12.05 pm and arrived the office of Kurigram Deputy Commissioner parading three kilometers of main road with slogans.
 Then they placed a memorandum to punish the drug smugglers who are anti-group of Indira-Mujib deal’74.General Secretary of Bangladesh part of the IBEECC Md. Golam Mostafa said a public rally was held on Kalirhat Hafezia Madrasah ground in the Indian enclave Dashiarchhara on September 11 where Assistant General Secretary of Indian part of the IBEECC Sree Diptiman Sen Gupta announced to protect the smugglers.
