Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at many places with hails at isolated places over the country in 24 hours as 9 am today.
“Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with hails at isolated places in 24 hours commencing from 9 am on Tuesday,” said a met office press release.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country during the period, the release added.
The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours as of 6 am on Tuesday was recorded 51 mm in Sylhet.
