In order to help the Election Commission and the law enforcing agencies and also to help ensure peaceful voting on 30 December’s National poll here , RAB-11 members are already working in all the five constituencies in Chandpur. In this connection, RAB-11’s Commander Major Ashik Billah in a press conference held on Friday afternoon on the premises of Foysal Shopping Complex, briefed the press men of Chandpur.
Sp[eaking on the occasion, he has said that RAB members have already been engaged in all the five constituencies in the district to ensure fair poll. The RAB members are here to help voters to go to polling centres without any fear and hesitations. They are also keeping vigilance to foil and curb any sort of militancy, anarchy, disorder and untoward incidents around polling centres.
He added, 10 platoons of RAB are working in all the five constituencies to help hold fair national poll on 30 December. In this connection, a Control Room has also been opened and it’s contact Nos are as follows- 01777711191 OR 01777711199.
