A big sized python that was recovered from Khuriakhali, an adjacent village of Sundarban forest was released in the forest on Friday.
Source added that the Forest Department and the locals that the python was caught from a paddy field in the village by some one Rasel Munshi and his associates on the day at noon while they were working in the field. Later that was handed over to the forest department and the forest department released it in Dhabri area under Sharankhola forest range in the Eastern Division of Sundarban forest.
