Sadia Jahan Prova has been acting in TV dramas and serials regularly. In fact, she is acting in single episode plays most of the time. After a long time, Prova-starrer any drama serial came into discussion among the viewers. She is acting in a lead role, Nazifa, in NTV’s ongoing serial Porer Meye.
Produced by Kazi Riton, Syed Zia Uddin wrote story of the serial, while Habib Shakil is giving direction of it regularly.
Due to Corona pandemic, telecasting of the serial Porer Meye was stalled. Now it is again being aired every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on NTV at 8:20pm. Habib Shakil is continuing its shooting now. Basically to acting in this serial, Prova has come into limelight again.
While talking about acting in the serial Prova told this correspondent, “At first, I give thanks to playwright of the serial Zia Bhai because he wrote a contemporary story based serial. Secondly, I give thanks to director Habib Shakil Bhai and producer Kazi Riton Bhai to give me the scope to act in lead role in Porer Meye. After a long time, I am really impressed to work in such a role in the serial. I have owned the role Nazifa while acting in the serial. I have blended with the role and tried to give my level best effort while acting. My co-actors also acted superb. For this reason, we are getting positive response for the serial. Now when I go outside my residence everybody wants to talk with me about Porer Meye. As an actress, it is a great achievement for me. Now I am working in few numbers of works. But I am getting huge response for my works; especially I am getting highest response for the serial Porer Meye. I give
thanks to the full unit of the serial.”
Prova also said that she has already finished shooting of Sardar Rokon’s serial Easy Love Busy Mon. Shajal was her co-actor in the drama. Monjurul Haque Monju directed and Prova-Shajal-starrer drama Soda Sottyo Kotha Bolibo also got appreciation from all.
