To pay tribute to the late iconic film actor Salman Shah, popular singer of present time Protik Hasan has lent his voice to a song titled Boss Apni Salman Shah.
Raqib Hasan Rahul has written lyrics of the song, while its music has been composed by Pritom Hasan, younger brother of singer Protik.
Being the son of the late veteran singer Khalid Hasan Milu Protik receives many requests during various stage shows for singing his father’s songs those were lip-synced by Salman Shah. Some of these songs are Tumi Jekhaney Thako, Shudhu Ekbar Shudhu Ekbar, Chithi Likhlam O Likhlam and many others. In loving memory of the iconic hero, both Protik and Pritom have taken this new initiative.
Protik said, “For a long time, Pritom and I have wanted to create a song on Salman Shah. The wish has finally come true for us. Salman Shah is my favourite actor. At last, I have got this opportunity to pay tribute to him. I would like to thank Raqib for the beautiful words and my brother Pritom Hasan for the music. Without them, it wouldn’t have possible for me to perform this song.”
