Chief guestSirajul Islam said 130 out of 165 work areas across the country were closed for almost six years due to quarrels between the top leaders of the organization. Various measures have been taken to restore the confidence of the members and to restart the activities of the organization. The savings of all the members will be returned in phases, the dues of the organization will be recovered and new associations will be formed.
It may be mentioned that the members of this upazila have a savings deposit of about Tk. 31 lakh. On the other hand, the members owe about tk. 75 lakh.
