Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Monday approved the files of three-tier promotion in the administration.
A total of 872 officials will get promotion to the level of Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary and Additional Secretary.
According to sources,
Prime Minister put her signature on the files relating to the promotion in the evening.
This is the first major decision of promotion during the second term of the present government. Superior Selection Board (SSB) finalized the list of promotees.
