Prokrity O Ziban Foundation handed over a cheque for Taka five lakh to the Vice-Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University (JU) Prof Dr. Farzana Islam for promoting the activities of Butterfly Park Research Center (BPRC).
The chairman of the foundation Mukit Mazumder Babu handed over the cheque at a simple ceremony. Coordinator of the BPRC, Professor Dr. Manwar Hossain Tuhin, JU treasurer Professor Dr. Abul Khair, Dean of Biological Science faculty Professor Dr. Abdul Zabber Hawlader and Registrar Abu Bakr Siddique, among others, were present on the occasion.
The JU VC thanked Prokrity O Ziban foundation for its assistance to the university.
