The Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Chattogram Hill Tracts Affairs Ministry on Thursday recommended for taking necessary steps to continue the operation of Karnaphuli Paper Mills and enhance its capacity.The parliamentary watchdog came up with the recommendation at its 34th meeting held at the conference room of the CHT Development Board in Rangamati district with committee Chairman RAM Ubaidul Moktadir Chowdhury in the chair.
