Prof Dr Saiful Islam, Vice-Chancellor, BUET delivering speech as chief guest at Final Stakeholder Workshop of the ‘High End Climate Impact and Extremes (HELIX)’ organized by Institute of Water and Flood Management (IWFM), BUET on Tuesday at BUET Council Bhaban. Dr Saleemul Huq, Director, ICCAD delivered speech as special guest. Among others, Dr Richard Betts, Team Lead, HELIX and Professor, Exeter University, Dr AK Gosain, Lead WP9, HELIX and Professor, IIT-Delhi, India, Dr AK M. Saiful Islam, Institutional Lead (BUET), HELIX and Professor, IWFM, BUET also spoke on the occasion. Dr Mashfiqus Salehin, Professor and Director of IWFM, BUET delivered the welcome address.
