N'ganj 7-murder: Probe body grills 3 RAB men

The probe body, formed by the government to investigate the sensational seven-murder incident, interrogated three Rapid Action Battalion members at the Narayanganj jail gate on Monday.
They are Habildar Emdadul Haque, Lance Nayek Hira Miah and Sipoy Abu Taiyab of RAB-11.
The seven-member probe body, headed by Public Administration Ministry additional secretary Shahjahan Ali Mollah, quizzed the three RAB men in the afternoon.
On August 30, the three RAB members made their confession to the Narayanganj Senior
Judicial Magistrate Court, said Forkan Wahid, jailer of Narayanganj Jail.
Talking to reporters after the interrogation, Shahjahan Ali Mollah termed the seven-murder case a sensitive one, saying they will do their best to submit the probe report as soon as possible.
He also said Nur Hossain, the prime accused in the case, will be quizzed once he is brought back home.
The probe body has already quizzed three former RAB-11 officials- Tarek Sayeed Mohammad, Arif Hossain and MM Rana.
On April 27, Narayanganj panel mayor Nazrul Islam, his three associates and driver, were abducted by miscreants from Fatullah area of the city.
