Prize Giving Ceremony of Academic Quiz Contest-2015 organized by the Department of Textile Engineering of Southeast University (SEU) was held on November 12, 2015 at the Conference Hall of Permanent Campus. Vice Chancellor of SEU Prof. Anwar Hossain was present at the program as Chief Guest, while Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Humayun Kabir Chowdhury and Registrar Maj Gen Kazi Fakhruddin Ahmed, psc (Retd) were present respectively as Special Guest and Guest of Honor. Dean (Acting), School of Science & Engineering Prof. Syed Fakhrul Hassan chaired the program.
Six students were awarded for their achievement in senior and junior category. 19th batch student of the Department of Textile Engineering Md. Tanvir Ahmed won the First Prize in senior category, while 29th batch student of same department Sagor Saha won it in junior category.
Chief Coordinator of BOT, SEU Trust Wing Cdr. Syed Ahmed Kabir, fawc, psc (Retd), Deans of different schools, Chairs of different departments, Faculty members and a good number of students were present on the occasion among others.
