Priyanka Gope is one of the
talented singers of the country. She is popular to those listeners who want to hear classical music. She has released that type of new modern classical based song recently. Title of the song is ‘Megh Tumi.’
Shoma Taheri wrote lyrics of the song while Tanim Hayat has composed its music. Ezaz Farah has arranged music of the song. Shafiqua Nasrin Mimi gave direction of the music video of the song.
After releasing the song, Priyanka Gope is getting huge response from the music-lovers. While talking in this regard, the singer said, “Few days ago, the song ‘Megh Tumi’ was released. After releasing the song, I am getting positive response from the listeners. Everybody is appreciating after listening the song, which was a result of a huge effort. Earlier, any song yet not had done such a large scale where pure classical value got preference with commercial value. Music composer Tanim Hayat Khan Rajit Bhai hjas composed the song keeping in mind my name. Outstanding lyrics written by Shoma Tahera Chowdhury, music composition by Ezaz Farah, videography by Shafiqua Nasrin Mimi, outstanding dance performance by Shamim, superb tabla playing by Apurba were so much dedicated that I am getting positive response and loves from this song. It is really my career best song as I mentioned. I am grateful to Rajit Bhai who have taken risk and initiative to present such a nice song for the country. He also played sarod as a part of the composition of the song.”
Priyanka also said that on September 29, Samarjit and her new duet song is going to release. Title of the song is ‘Rai Kishori.’ Nabarun Biswas wrote lyrics of the song while singer Samarjit himself has composed its music. Priyanka will be busy with stage shows from September 25, said the singer.
