A Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) mobile court here on Sunday fined a private hospital TK 8.1 lakh in the port city for several irregularities.
Executive Magistrate of RAB-7 Sarwar Alam conducted the mobile court at the Metroplitan Hospital at GEC area and fined the owner of the hospital for maintaining Intensive Care Unit (ICU) without approval, and having pathological Laboratory without skilled technicians and also selling date expired medicines.
