President Abdul Hamid returned home from Singapore on Saturday after a checkup.
“A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the President landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport,” President’s Press Secretary Joynal Abedin told BSS by phone.
Finance Minister AMA Muhith, Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed, Matia Chowdhury, Foreign Minister Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali, dean of the diplomatic corps in Bangladesh Mahmud Azzat, cabinet secretary, chiefs of three the services, principal secretary to the PM and high civil and military officials received the President at the airport.
Abdul Hamid went to Singapore on November 30 for a checkup.
