The Walton Premier Division Chess League-2016 will be inaugurated today (Monday) at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room around 11 am.
This year’s league is being sponsored by Walton Group and organised by Bangladesh Chess Federation.
Head of Sports and Welfare Department of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar (Dawn) will inaugurate the event as the chief guest while KM Shahidullah, vice-president of Bangladesh Chess Federation, will present as special guest.
Gazi Shayiful Tarique, chairman of Chess League Committee and Vice-President of Bangladesh Chess Federation, will preside the inauguration ceremony of the event.
