Physically challenged girl ‘violated’ in Sirajganj

Sirajganj Correspondent :A physically challenged young girl was reportedly violated by his neighbour at Mahishamura village in Sadar upazila on Sunday.Locals said Shahidul Islam stormed the house of their neighbour at noon and violated the girl, aged around 24, when there was no other member at the house.Hearing screams, locals rushed in and rescued the girl while Shahidul fled the scene. The victim was sent to Sadar Hospital for medical test, said Nurul Islam, officer-in-charge (operations) of Sadar Police Station....
