Shahrin Ahmed, one of the Bangladeshis who survived with injuries in US-Bangla plane crash, has been released from Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) on Sunday.
Another survivor Almun Nahar Annie will be released in next week as her health condition also improves.
Dr Samanta Lal Sen, coordinator of DMCH’s Burn and Plastic Surgery Unit made the development while talking to Banglanews. He said, “Shahrin is now physically well as skins fixed on her burned spots have dried. She will come to hospital again after two weeks for a follow-up.” Shahrin, however, suffered 17 percent burns on different parts of her body mainly on her neck. Annie has been kept under observation and as her condition is also good, she will hopefully be released in the next week, Dr Samanta Lal Sen added.
