Pirkashimpur team (Muradnagar) of Comilla clinched the Gold Cup & Taka one lakh beating Uttar Darora team (Nabinagar) of B’baria by two goals to nil in the final football match at the Laur Fatehpur Playing Ground in Nabinagar Upazila on Friday.
After the final match, Director of Rupali Bank Limited and Assistant Secretary of Sub- Committee of Central Awami League Barrister Zakir Ahammad handing over the trophies and cash prize-money to the champions and the runners-up team. Pirkashimpur were awarded Tk one lakh and a trophy while Uttar Darora got Tk twenty five thousand and a trophy.
