A physician was crushed under the wheels of a moving train at Sohodebpur near Feni Railway Station in the town on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Dr PC Banik, 57, a physician of a local clinic and a resident of the area. Railway sources said Dr Banik along with his wife was having morning walk on the rail track around 6:30 am. At one stage, he slipped on the rail track trying to cross i hurriedly seeing a train approaching and fell under the train and was crushed under its wheels
