Dr Aminul Islam, Advocate of Bangladesh Supreme Court has been conferred PhD degree from the Department of Law of Dhaka University recently. The title of his thesis was ‘Effectiveness of Alternative Dispute Resolution on the Recovery of Non-Performing Loans under Artha Rin Adalat: A Study on Nationalized Commercials Banks in Bangladesh’.
