Sonjit Sen Roy, son of late Sreekanto Roy and Jotika Roy of Sobujbag R/A, Sreemongal, Moulvibazar, has been awarded a Ph D degree from the Dept. of Physics, BUET, Dhaka recently for his thesis entitled, ‘Characterization of Copper Oxide, Titanium Oxide and Copper Doped Titanium Oxide Thin Films Prepared by Spray Pyrolysis Technique.”
Prof Dr Md Abu Hashan Bhuiyan, Dean Faculty of Engineering, BUET, Dhaka was his thesis supervisor. Prof Dr Rabindra Chandra Sinha, Dept. of Physics, Jahangirnagar University, Savar was acted as an external examiner.
He presented eight papers in national and international conferences and four papers were published in international journals.
