The launching ceremony of two generators in Bangladesh’s market, Marapco and Jet, were held in the city on Monday.
Jubaili Bros Business Development Director Jed Jubaili, filmmaker Elias Kanchan and SH Power Pac Ltd Managing Director Shahjahan Mridha jointly inaugurated the sale of the products by cutting a cake.
“The two diesel generator brands with original Perkins engines will hit Bangladesh market,” hoped Jed Jubaili, Director of Jubaili Bros Business Development when he was talking with the New Nation reporter.
Replying to a query, he said, they would think of investing in Bangladesh in terms of manufacturing and assembling the product in near future because manpower is comparatively cheap here.
Of the two brands, Marapco is assembled in the United Kingdom and Jet in the United Arab Emirates. Both the brands use famous alternators, Leroy Somer or Meccalte.
SH Power Pac Ltd, a concern of SH Group and distributor in Bangladesh for leading Middle Eastern generator company Dubai-based Jubaili Bros, is bringing the brands to the local market.
