The people of Bogra – Alekanda area in Barisal city have allegedly become hostage to a group of terrorists led by Nanna Kazi alias Cheater Nanna for the long time.
It is learnt that Nanna Kazi allies Cheater Nanna and his associates are involved in various anti-social activities like blackmailing , exhortation, terrorism , making of fake money, forgery and drug trading .
It is alleged that Syed Saber Hossain Babu, one of the associates of Nanna Kazi went to USA and he got involved in different crimes there and he was sent back to Bangladesh. He was also blacklisted there in different cases.
Nobody in Barisal city can dare to protest their activities . Several GDs and cases have been registered with Barisal Model thana which are – 89/10, 1286/10,421/15,435/16 and FIR No 65/309, MP422/10, CR-720 and MP 136/16.
When this correspondent sought comment of Nanna Kazi, he cut off the line .
The citizens of the are have urged the law enforcing agencies to take immediate action against the terrorist group.
