A cardiac patient named Hafez Ahmed(52) , a resident of Kalurghat area in the Port City freed from life risk after instant emergency bypass heart surgery at Chittagong Metropolitan Hospital on February 12 .
Chief Cardiac Surgeon of CMH Dr. Sarwar Kamal and his team conducted that risky heart operation. Elder son the patient told this correspondent that on February 10. His father was admitted in Chittagong Medical College Hospital with heart pain where after angiogram and other diagnostic examination, the heart complications with a number of blocks were detected .
The attending physician advised the patient for immediate operation in heart within very short time.
Sources said immediate after detection of artery vein blocks, they rushed the patient to CMH and the patient underwent bypass surgery immediately and by the grace of almighty t he patient came cured, sources added.
