The results of Secondary School Certificate examination under Chittagong Education Board announced yesterday amid results of the other education board, Madrasa Board and Technical education Board across the country.
The pass percentage of chittagong Board this year recorded 83.99% which is 5.54% less than the previous year. In last year , the pass percentage under CEB was 90.44% . Similarly , the number of GPA-5 also downed by 158 than the last year . 8,502 students get GPA-5 this year. Controller of the CEB Prof Mahbub Hasan declared the results on Thursday .
According to CEB , 1,18,029 students appeared in the exam under 171 centres of 1010 schools under the board this year including 55,494 male and 62,535 female students.
