Noted businessman and founding Chairman of Partex Group MA Hashem passed away at a city hospital in the early hours of Thursday. He was 78.
Hashem, also a former lawmaker, breathed his last at around 1.20am at Evercare Hospital in the city where he was admitted on December 11 after testing positive for Covid-19, family sources said.
He left behind his wife, five sons, and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
