Outgoing Swedish ambassador to Bangladesh Anneli Lindhal Kenny made a farewell call on President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhabn on Sunday.
President Abdul Hamid said that the bi-lateral relations between Bangladesh and Sweden have expanded in every sphere during her tenure.
Abdul Hamid also said Bangladesh and Sweden have excellent bi-lateral relations, particularly in the field of trade.
Anneli Lindhal Kenny said Sweden is a development partner of Bangladesh and Swedish government will continue to assist Bangladesh for its development.
She thanked the President for extending cooperation during her assignment in Bangladesh. Concerned secretaries to the President Office were present.
