Syihet CorrespondentBangladesh Chhatra League president of Syihet MAG Osmani Medical College unit, Soumen Dey on Monday con¬fessed before a Syihet court that he and some other BCL men killed Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal leader Towhidul Islam.Police arrested Soumen at the city’s railway station on Saturday. Earlier, the college authorities suspended him and nine other BCL men.Some BCL men allegedly beat Towhid, a fourth year MBBS student, to death on the campus on Wednesday. Afterwards, the 10 suspended BCL men, including Soumen, and 10 others were sued.
