A scientific seminar on clinical practice guideline for management of anti-HBc positive patients of Bangladesh organised by Hepatology Society, Bangladesh was held at a hotel in the city. In the programme held recently the speakers called for maintaining maximum caution in drinking water, citing risks of outbreak of jaundice by the contamination of Hepatitis-E virus. The function was addressed, among others, by Associate Professor of BIRDEM Hospital Dr Gholam Azam, Liver Specialists of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Dr Saiful Islam Elin and Dr Md Shahinul Alam read out the key note papers at the seminar. President of the society Professor Mobin Khan presided over the event.
