Bangladesh Society and Pathologists
The 31st national conference organised by Bangladesh Society and Pathologists was held at Shaheed Dr. Milon Hall of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University in the city on Friday. In the programme National Professor Dr. Sahla Kathun was present as the chief guest while Vice-Chancellor of BSMMU Dr.Kanak Kanti Barua as the special guest. While speaking Sahla Khatun urged the doctors to be a good human being before becoming a good physician. In the function the speakers urged the government to take necessary steps to increase facilities for the physicians. The function was also addressed, among others, by Prof Dr Tahmina Hossain, Prof Dr Ruhul Amin Miah, Prof Dr Ahmed Abu Saleh, Prof AN Nasim Uddin Ahmed and Associate Professor Dr Devtosh Pal. President of the organisation Prof Dr M Iqbal Arslan presided over the event.
