A discussion organised by Jatiya Samajtantik Dal (JSD), Tangail unit was held in Birpushia Chorpara Bypass area in the town on Saturday with Information Minister and President of JSD) Hasanul Haq Inu as the chief guest. While addressing Inu said people of the country will have to eradicate Militancy unitedly in order to saving democracy. “We have to root out the evil force of Jamaat-Shibir from the country to keep our democracy safe. Siding with them, BNP supremo Khaleda Zia is continuing to work in support of the war criminals and militancy,” Inu said. Presided over by JSD Tangail district unit president Hasan Mahmud Chandu, the meeting was also addressed by administrator of Tangail Zila Parishad (district Council) and general secretary of district Awami League Fazlur Rahman Khan Faruqe, Sanowar Hossain, MP, among others.
