Sheikh Russell Jatiya Shishu Kishore Parishad
A discussion marking the National Mourning Day commemorating the 41st martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.organised by Sheikh Russell Jatiya Shishu Kishore Parishad was held on Thursday in the city’s National Sport Council auditorium. Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif was present as the chief guest. While speaking Hanif said that the new generation should have specific knowledge about who were the killers of Bangabandhu and as to why he was assassinated. “An investigation commission should be constituted to detect those local and foreigners directly involved in the killing and then the real mystery behind his killing would come out to light,” he said. Calling upon the BNP leadership to send a list of their untraced leaders-workers to the law enforcement agencies, Hanif said it would help the law enforcers to check whether they are involved in militancy or not. Chairman of the Parishad Raquibur Rahman presided over the discussion.
