Bangladesh Trade Union Sangha
A rally organized by Bangladesh Trade Union Sangha was held in front of the National Press Club in the city on Sunday in protest against arrest of central member of the sangha and General Secretary in Sylhet Rupak Das and Convenor of Bangladesh Krishak Sangram Samity Nurul Islam Makbul. President of the organization Khalilur Rahman Khan presided over the programme. The rally was addressed, among others, by General Secretary of the organization Chowdhury Ashikul Alam, Joint General Secretary Mohammad Yasin and Prokash Dutta. They demanded immediate release of the duo.
