Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote
Leaders and activists of Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote, a cultural organisation distributed food among underprivileged children on the occasion of the 74th birthday of Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina. The Jote organised food distribution, doa mahfil and a discussion meeting on Thursday in front of West Merul Baddar Zoom Bangladesh School in the city.The discussion was presided over by Arun Sarkar Rana, General Secretary of the Jote. Among others, Vice-President of the Jote actress Aruna Biswas, actress Tanveen Sweety and actress Shahnoor spoke at the programme. Aruna Biswas described Sheikh Hasina as the beacon of the Bengali nation and there is no alternative to Sheikh Hasina. Bangladesh has become a role model of development because of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s farsighted leadership, she added.
