Sector Commanders Forum
Sector Commanders Forum-Muktijuddha’ 71 has taken elaborate programmes marking the 47th Victory Day. Veteran freedom fighter and Sector Commander Major General (Retd) KM Shafiullha Bir Uttam will inaugurate the programme at Swadhinata Chattar near the ‘Shikha Chirantan’ at Suhrawardy Udyan in the city at 3pm today. Dhaka South City Corporation Mayor Sayeed Khokan and Sector Commander Lieutenant Colonel (Retd) Abu Osman Gani Chowdhury, among others, will present in the function. Earlier, the forum leaders will pay deep respect to the martyrs at the National Memorial in Savar.
