Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu was present as the chief guest in the programme held on Friday. While speaking Inu said that there was no middle path between being pro-Pakistani and pro-Bangladeshi. He said the pro-Pakistani elements were promoting militant and communal politics, so without defeating them the country could not progress. Inu said that the pro-Pakistani trend had to be defeated electorally in the 2018 general election. The minister said there was no alternative but to raise the voice of the 14-parties’ workers even higher to consolidate the economic gains that the country had made and further consolidate it and end corruption, disparity and subversive elements to bring a qualitative change in the politics of the country.
