Journalists’ Association of Bangladesh
Journalists’ leaders at a seminar called for upholding professionalism to serve better for the nation as well as to maintain professional dignity. Journalists should perform their duties with highest professional sincerity and dedication, they made the call at the seminar on “Free media: responsibility of journalists” organized on Monday by Journalists’ Association of Bangladesh (JAB) in the auditorium of the Jatiya Press Club (JPC). Former President of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) Amanullah Kabir, former JPC President Kamal Uddin Sabuj, General Secretary of JPC Qumrul Islam Chowdhury and former President of Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) Elahi Newaz Khan, among others, addressed the seminar with Convener of JAB Syed Mezba Ahmed in the chair.
