Bangladesh Peace Council
A discussion on ‘Ideology of Bangabandhu and World’ organised by Bangladesh Peace Council was held at the Institution of Engineers in the city on the occasion of 42nd anniversary of Bangabandhu’s Julio Curie Award. Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon was present as the chief guest. While speaking Menon said militancy, fanaticism and imperialism are the threats to the country. The discussion was also addressed, among others, by Director of Liberation War Museum Dr Sarwar Ali.
