Bengal Jatiya Congress
A rally organised by Bengal Jatiya Congress (BJC) was held on Friday in front of the Jatiya Press Club. In the rally the speakers called upon the people to be united against the political violence with a view to protecting country’s independence and sovereignty. The event was addressed, among others, by veteran politician Dr Rustom Ali Farazi, MP, founder General Secretary of BJC Marfat Ali Master, President of Kazi Aref Foundation Kazi Masud Ahmed and Chairman of Bangladesh Janoshakti Party Omar Faruque Sikder. The speakers urged all to come forward to establish peace in the country. Founder President of BJC Engineer Abul Hossain Abu presided over the programme.
