Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) has introduced online application for new connection as part of its effort to strengthen automation process to offer customers’ friendly services.
Anyone can apply for new connection online visiting www.telesheba.gov.bd or downloading and installing “Telesheba” app from google play store, said a BTCL press release .
The state-owned company is offering connection free of cost across the country on the occasion of “Mujib Year”.
