One Stop Service for dengue patients at CMCH demanded

Bangladesh Human Rights Commission demanded One Stop Service at Chattogram Medical College Hospital for nursing and medicare services to the Dengue patients . The leaders of the BHRC handed a memorandum to the President of Hospital Managing Committee and City Mayor AJM Nasiruddin on Sunday .
Deputy Governeor of BHRC Aminul Hoque Babu said a team of BHRC recently visited Degue ward, outdoor department and Emergency department of the CMCH and witnessed the sufferings of the intending Dengue patients lack of proper treatment in right time .
 The leaders of BHRC demanded 24 hours One stop service in the only public sector hospital immediately.
Among others, General secretary of BHRC , City unit Asaduzzaman Khan, vice president Mofizul Alam, Office- Secretary Jahid Tanveer, Joint Secretary Masud Parvez, Organisng Secretary Chowdhury KNM Riyad were present.
Rly East launches mosquito eradication programmes: Bangladesh Railway, East zone headquarters in Chattogram launches mosquito eradication programs in the city on Sunday .
 In connection of the program, a rally was brought out from CRB premises which paraded the entire CRB areas.
General Manager of Railway , East Zone Md. Nasir Uddin Ahmed delivered speech in the rally emphasing the need of eradication of mosquitoes from the city .
General Manager in his brief deliberations emphasised the need of cleanliness of the own premises and use of mosquito nets in the bed rooms in night time aimed at avoiding Dengue fever.He called upon the officials irrespective of status o work for the better interest of the humanity . Among others, additional General Manager Sardar Shahdat Ali, Chief Mechanical Engineer Md. Mizanur Rahman , Chief commercial Manager S M Murad Hossain were present in the discussions.
