Government Railway Police (GRP) in a drive arrested a man with 60,000 Malaysian Ringgits from Airport Railway
Station on Monday morning. The arrested man was identified as Masud, 42, said Abdul Majid, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kamalapur Railway Police Station.
He also said that a team of GRP searched the suspected people in a Dhaka-bound Chittagong Mail Express and detained the man with 60,000 Malaysian Ringgits worth around Tk 17 lakh.
Masud was being interrogated in police custody, the GRP official said.
A case was filed in this connection, he said.
