Chittagong Bureau :
Court police of Chittagong detained one person named Md. Asghar (35) from court premises on Tuesday while attempting to snatch away an accused from the court premises .
The incident occurred at the court premises of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court. Court sources said during trial proceeding of a dacoity case before the CMM court, one person was trying to open the handcuff of an accused Shahdat which was noticed by CMM himself and instantly ordered to arrest this unidentified persons. The person identified as Md. Asghar .
Following the order of CMM , Asghar tried quickly to escape from the court premises but the police on duty caught him and handed over to court custody. After searching the body of Asghar, key of handcuff was found in his pocket. Later Kotwali thana police arrest him took away in Thana custody for necessary actions.
