HSC exams: One expelled, 942 absent on 2nd day

 The second day of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination under Chittagong Education Board passed off on Tuesday in peacefully, fair and free manner.
One examinee from Government City College has been expelled from the examination of Bangla second paper for adopting unfair means, board source said.
A total of 683 from Chittagong district and city, 111 from Cox’s Bazar, 45 from Rangamati, 81 from Khagrachari and 22 from Bandarban were absent in the examination
The first day of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination under Chittagong Education Board (CEB) held with peaceful manner.
 Board source said on the first day, a total of 82293 students out of 83,193 participated in the examination from 238 colleges through 98 centers. One student was expelled from the examination for adopting unfair means in the exam from Khagrachari Center on first day. A total of 50 vigilance teams consisting of teachers and magistrates visited different centers.
CEB Controller, Mahbub Hasan told media that the first day of examination passed peacefully and free from unfair means as the authorities took effective measures to maintain the recent year’s trend of peaceful examination.
